         **IMPORTANT**

       All nails are handmade made, please allow 1-7 business days processing             time before shipping (Except ready to ship nails).

       Shipping time: It usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.             

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time:

  • Delivery is typically within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please contact us at info@sunailbeauty.com for more information on international shipping options and rates.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on our website or directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • Su Nail Beauty is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped. However, if you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact us at info@sunailbeauty.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or returned packages. Su Nail Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Modifications:

  • If you need to modify your order (change of address, cancelation, etc.) after it has been placed, please contact us immediately at info@sunailbeauty.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

  • During peak seasons and holidays, shipping times may be extended due to high demand and carrier delays. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
